About Us
IQ Healthcare Solutions is the parent body for a range of healthcare and related subsidiaries, including Dr Pregnancy, Herbal Healing and Arthritis Knee Pain.

We are proud to operate under the principles of social justice and are careful to source our products from legitimate and credible sources.

We have a philosophy that respects the environment and thus are keen to identify new products that are fair trade, organic and as natural in their composition as is possible.

We take direct steps to minimise our carbon footprint by reconciling multiple orders to limit packaging and to combine shipping methods. Sometimes this means the customer may not receive their order as quick as other suppliers. We understand you may wish to receive your item sooner than our usual shipping times, and we will cater for this at the ordering stage, if you wish.

We are a responsible trader and will not offer for sale any products or items that have questionable origins, unclear legal standing or unproven medical effect.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery of products within mainland UK is currently FREE OF CHARGE!!

Delivery of most products to Europe Union Member States £4.00 (EUR 5.96)

Delivery of most products to United States of America and Canada £4.00 ($7.60)

Delivery of most products to Rest of the World £4.00 ($7.60)

Please note that the delivery costs will be added manually to your order and will not be present on your invoice. Also due to currency fluctuations the price of the dollar may increase or decrease in relation to the pound.

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away.

We endeavour to fulfill U.K orders within 5-7 working days.

For overseas orders we advise 10-15 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.




Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
The prices shown on our pages are the same for all customers regardless of their country of purchase.

For orders from the UK and European Union, VAT at 17.5% is already included in our store prices.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of despatch in its original "Unused Condition" and we will refund the product price. If the item is faulty within 28 days we will provide a replacement product. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy

If the product is returned due to packing error, administration error or if the item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days to be eligible for a partial refund. All incorrectly ordered goods or unwanted products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We hope you appreciate it takes time to process and dispatch orders and we are unable to abosrb this cost if you have changed your mind.
