Whenever you can, go barefoot. Cotton or wool socks are often the most comfortable footwear, but tights are fine provided they are large and stretchy enough, do not have a tight waistband, and the feet leave enough room for your toes to move freely.
If you can tolerate wearing the waistband under the bump, ordinary tights will be comfortable throughout pregnancy but during the third trimester you may need special maternity tights. Don't wear garters, stockings, or knee-high socks with elastic tops because these tend to make the blood stagnate in your legs.

and stretch. So, for the sake of foot comfort and posture, take care when choosing shoes, it is best to avoid high heels altogether as it is difficult to stand and walk well in them. In addition, they can make you unstable.
Most of the time, at least, wear low-heeled shoes that are soft and comfortable. If your feet swell, tight shoes may cut into your feet, but loose-fitting shoes can cause you to slip. Therefore, for casual wear, trainers are excellent, though the laces may be difficult to tie later in pregnancy.
For summer, wear adjustable sports sandals or canvas shoes that give without pinching and allow your feet to swell freely.
